I decided to group these posts into three month updates. It’s not that our little man isn’t changing daily (it’s more like by the minute), but life is way busier with a toddler than a baby. That’s right, Benny is toddling around! He took his first stutter step on his first birthday (Jan. 29) that I filmed, but missed in the moment. Then, a little shy of a month later, he took lots of steps, and hasn’t stopped since.

Sleeping: usually from 7:30 pm to 7 am. Typically without waking
Eating: Benny is a great eater! He eats whatever we eat and loves everything. His favorites are 1) blueberries, 2) strawberry drinkable yogurt, 3) chili mac and cheese, 4) bananas
Milestones: first steps!

Memorable outings: Southern road trip to Charlotte, Charleston & the Penthouse
Likes: smiling, saying “no no,” running, climbing everything, looking out the window on his toy chest, being anywhere with mama, playing with dada, being chased.
Dislikes: getting his diaper changed, car rides,

Nicknames: “Little Man,” “Benny,” “B,” “Snickerdoodle,” “Mister Mister,” “nee nee”
Funny moments: he started calling himself “nee nee”
Looking forward to: single nap days, it’ll give us lots more freedom
